ArenaNet Internship Test – WIP 3

Managed to finish the sculpting in under a week! I admit it’s not the most amazingly realistic and detailed sculpt ever, (I’ve nosied at other people’s work and there are some AMAZING sculptors out there) but this is actually the first character I’ve fully sculpted haha… look at me attempting to apply to a big studio internship with newbie skills, I wonder at myself sometimes… :’) For anyone else who’s new to sculpting, don’t forget to change your 2d bump map attributes to Tangent Space Normals, I spent half a day trying to work out why my character looked all grainy and pixellated when I first tested out my normal maps!

Next step is onto creating the full diffuse map!
